Publishers are welcome to sponsor and participate in the weekend's activities.

room baskets: Small welcome baskets given to registrants. will contain snacks(cookies, brownies, soda, bottled water, candy and chips)

Promotional items (Postcards, brochures, bookmarks, etc.)

Gift Baskets:

This year we will be doing a charity raffle benefiting both the ACN and a local no kill animal shelter, Pets Alive.

Gift baskets will be raffled off on Sunday before the end of the weekend, ensuring readers will be able to bring them home with them.

If your interested in donating a gift basket for the charity raffle, please email us at donations@authorsafterdark.net to get the address.

When donating a Gift Basket:

Please remember that some people will be flying. With the new airline regulations, please take into account that most airlines are charging for extra bags.

Please send a SASE so we can send a receipt of conformation.

please remember to include your group/author/publisher/ etc business card with contact info for the winner.

All gift baskets must be to the preferred address by September 1st 2009. The eariler the basket gets to us the longer a picture will be on this website.
